Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely obsessed with your Rogue + Wolf gear, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items back into their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all gothic accessories and apparel are protected.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you via email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
